Catch-all Emails in Cloud Hosting
Configuring a catch-all email mailbox will be stunningly easy if you have a Linux cloud hosting with us. You can activate this feature through our advanced, albeit user-friendly Email Manager tool, which is an essential part of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, via which you’ll administer the shared hosting account itself. You will see all the mailboxes that you’ve created enumerated in alphabetical order and next to each one of them there will be a mini "Catch-all" icon, which will instantly tell you whether a certain mailbox receives all the email messages associated with a certain domain name or not. With a single mouse click on the icon you can activate or deactivate this option whenever you like. If there is active email forwarding or in case another mailbox has already been set up as a catch-all one for a particular domain, you will receive a warning text message from our system. The latter won’t replace/deactivate anything automatically or without your consent.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all option can be activated easily in case you have a semi-dedicated server account with us. All the email addresses that you have set up with the domains hosted in the semi-dedicated account will be enumerated in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you will find a mini logo conveniently situated directly next to each of them. With only a single click of the mouse, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your choice provided that there isn't another mailbox under that same domain name with the option already activated and there isn't active email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on an email address and enable this option using the contextual menu that will surface. In case any of the prerequisites for creating a catch-all mailbox is not met, our system will inform you, but will not replace or deactivate anything automatically.
